Indy Auto Man

Early on it was very evident an accounting department was needed. I developed and managed the entire accounting department. Personally hired and trained our entire accounting staff while overseeing the title department and their operations. While developing the accounting department I also implemented internal and external controls that safeguarded the company’s interest.

Indy Auto Man bank accounts had never been reconciled. During my process of reconciling accounts, I noticed a check for $28,000.00 posted at the bank for $2,800.00. I was able to retrieve a copy of the check and contact the bank for a correction to our bank account for an additional $25,200.00.
